Digital Divide
I struggled to find a decent and recent discussion on google groups about the digital divide, but I did manage to find one from March 19th briefly discussing a few factors of the digital divide. On the page it is about how teenagers access to Internet is a factor of the digital divide even in more developed countries. They believe low-income households that can't afford to get full useage of the Internet at properly are disadvantaged.
By using discussion forums like this they have there ups and downs. They aren't always reliable as don't know where the information has came from but also there is a lot of biased opinions on the page. But from reading these pages can find opinions on each side of an opinion. So these pages can help research but may need backing up with reliable sources of information.
